ALL BOOTHS MUST PAY A 50% DEPOSIT TO POWERAMA CUSTOM AUTO SHOW LLC, P.O. Box 24755 Dayton, OH 45424-9998 FOR THE
TOTAL SPACE RENTED WITH THIS APPLICATION.
REMAINDER OF BOOTH SPACE RENT MUST BE PAID BY CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, at the show office no later than 6PM set up day
February 16th, 2023.
Your Rental Fee is for your SPACE ONLY! You must pay for ELECTRIC, TABLES, CHAIRS, LIGHTS, DRAPES, STANCHIONS, DRAYAGE, and any
other charges incurred!
Taxes: All city, state, and federal taxes applicable is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor named on this contract.
The Show Management and Exhibitors must honor ALL BUILDING CONCESSIONS RIGHTS. The Building Management has the FINAL say and
the Show Management and Exhibitors MUST ACCEPT their DECISION.
ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE FIREPROOF and FREE STANDING. DO NOT use NAILS, STAPLES, SCREWS, TAPE, ETC. on any part of the building Walls,
pillars, etc. without the event building director’s permission In writing. When using extension cords, PLEASE make sure they are the extra
heavy duty 3’“ wire type as this building requires a 3″ wire for ground.
NO Booth is permitted to sell OBSCENE MATERIAL of ANY TYPE. Objectionable material will be REMOVED at once by the SHOW or BUILDING
MANAGEMENT. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed!
You will RECEIVE, FREE or CHARGE, Two WEEKEND PASSES with the rental of your space. You may purchase extras at the Reduced Rate up
until 8PM set up dayThurs. February 16th, 2023They may be purchased at the SIGN IN DESK.
ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE REMOVED from the BUILDING no later than MIDNIGHT SUNDAY NIGHT Feb. 19th, 2023 unless permission to stay
later is obtained in WRITING from the Building Management and given to the Show Manager. Any Items or exhibits left after the closing of
the show on Sunday Evening MUST be moved to a storage area (if available) designated by Show Management. NO exhibit shall remain on
the show floor area.
If you have items to Sell, it is your responsibility to be in ATTENDANCE at your BOOTH 60 MINUTES, prior to show opening each day.
ALWAYS CHECK with the Show Manager to be sure of the scheduled opening time each day. Anyone REQUIRING more than 60 minutes to
setup their Booth each day must obtain SPECIAL PERMISSION from the Show Manager the NIGHT BEFORE. This is the ONLY WAY
PERMISSION can be obtained to get in EARLIER. Special permission must be obtained 2 hours before closing the night before.
No Free items will be permitted to be passed out with adhesive type backing! And no Balloons!
SHOW MANAGEMENT SHALL HAVE THE FINAL AUTHORITY TO DETERMINE THE LOCATION OF THE EXHIBITORS SPACE IN THE EVENT OF A
DISPUTE NOT COVERED BY SAID RULE, SHOW MANAGEMENT’S DECISION SHALL BE FINAL
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the 2023 POWERAMA CUSTOM AUTO SHOW LLC, Custom Car and Bike Show (Ute
”Event”), You, the exhibitor and signature of this contract agree:
- To be responsible for the safekeeping of your property while it Is located at the Greene County Expo Center and you will secure
such property as necessary at night and at other appropriate times and will further carry appropriate Insurance to cover any loss or
damage to such property. - To hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue and forever discharge
POWERAMA CUSTOM AUTO SHOW LLC, Greene County Expo Center]
Fairgrounds, and all of their respective past, present, and future
parent companies, subsidiaries and related entities, and as applicable their owners, managers, affiliates, agents and employees,
and all other Event participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and owners and lessees of the premises used to
conduct the Event from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature arising out of or in any
way connected with your participation in or attendance at the Event, and further agree to indemnify and hold each of such parties
harmless against any and all such liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses including but no limited to, all attorney
fees and disbursements up through and including any legal action or appeal. You, the exhibitor and signature of this contract
understand that this waiver of claims and release of liability includes any claims based on the negligence, action or inaction of any
of the above noted parties and covers bodily injury (Including death), property damage, and loss by theft or otherwise whether or
not occurring before, during, or after the Event.
- To grant POWERAMA CUSTOM AUTO SHOW LLC, the right to utilize your display, cars and staff’s image and or likeness in connection
with any commercial photos, broadcast, internet, video, or film of the Event without any compensation to you. You have read this
contract thoroughly and have sought legal advice on anything you did not understand. Signing of this contract constitutes
unconditional acceptance of all the above rules, regulations, and waivers.
